My name is Mike Whitty, president of Michael Learning Group After 20 years of successfully training dealership personnel through our products, seminars and in-dealership programs, we have decided to close our doors.  The economic situation here in Detroit has made it difficult for our clients to afford our services, so it seems like a good time to retire from the vehicle training business.

All of our books are printed on a short-run basis, so we don't need to keep a lot of inventory. So in essence, you will not be purchasing inventory. What you will be purchasing are the Adobe Pagemaker files, the Adobe Acrobat files, and the cover art. If you'd like, we will provide you with the contact information for our vendors to include graphics, printing and packaging. We will have the right to sell any inventory we have even after the sale is made.

We would also like you to change the titles for each program so your products would not be associated with our company.  You will have full rights and copyrights to own, modify, and sell these programs. You will also receive an agreement in writing that Mike Whitty and Michael Learning Group will cease selling, promoting or advertising any of these programs, and will give up all rights to these programs. We will remove all products from our websites and all purchase inquiries will be directed to the purchaser.  But we will desire first rights to become a reseller of your products if you have an affiliate program.

We will also change all the product titles, copyright and contact information on all the programs before they are delivered, so you will get a personalized program ready for sale.  If you have a Business Paypal account, which we recommend, we will also change all the payment script for each product so sales will come directly to your account.  We will also change all the websites to reflect your company to include copyright, logos and contact information.

The sale of this ecommerce site is on a first-come basis.  So please do not take your time in making a decision if you are a serious buyer.  We are a reputable company of 20 years, and can be trusted to handle the transfer of these products in a professional manner. Each one provides a wealth of information and will show Table of Contents, layout and writing style, and several chapters to read. If you'd like to view the entire product, arrangement can be made.

The price for the entire ecommerce site, all of the products and all the changes and updates to programs and websites is $52,000.  We will take offers from committed buyers, and all offers will be seriously reviewed.  Please do not make an offer if you do not intend to honor it if accepted.  Once an offer is accepted and agreements have been signed, payment must be made by certified check within 14 days.  Changes will not be made until payment is received.
